Upon completion of rig work, Signet's fleet assisted in the wet tow from KOS to the jetties utilizing Signet tractor tugs and the DOF real-time positioning.

Signet was instrumental in the arrival of the BLIND FAITH hull, integration of hull and topsides at Kiewit Offshore Services, escort to sea and transit to location, and mooring at the destination with owned and contracted vessels. Furthermore, Signet provided harbor, ocean and fast response vessels to conduct a first of its kind operation to remove the rig's transitional ballasting stabilizers (Sponsons) at a location 17 nm offshore prior to the tow to field. This project consisted of in-depth training, pre-tow meetings / toolbox talks, planning and engineering to remove the 45 ft tall by 17 ft wide steel cylindrical sponsors.

Signet provided the support to escort the Ocean Monarch a semi-submersible mobile drilling unit to the dock at Gulf Marine Fabricators. We then coordinated the load out at sea on the Dockwise vessel BLUE MARLIN. This entire operation was conducted at sea 10 nautical miles offshore of the Aransas Pass Sea Buoy. The tugs were working offshore approximately 24 hours and safely loaded the project onto the Dockwise vessel. All of the support vessels were supplied by Signet to the project. The project was completed safely and efficiently without incident.

Signet provided all of the work and spacer barges for the SBX. The tugs for rotating the rig, conducting the inclination test and assist at the quayside. Signet was called in to recover the platform after it went aground during the tow to sea. Signet responded swiftly and safely escorted the rig back to the dock. After repair, Signet provided the tugs to load the SBX on the BLUE MARLIN Dockwise vessel to transport the platform to location. This entire operation went smoothly without incident.

Signet provided the tugs for arrival, positioning, ballast and discharge of the rig from the Dockwise HLV, positioning the rig quayside, deballast and sail away of the HLV. Signet facilitated the staging of three topside modules at our 25 acre LaQuinta Terminal, surveying and clearing the Jewel Fulton Channel to ensure safe depth for transit and hurricane ballasting of the module barges. The modules were transported individually by Signet tugs and Towmaster to the HLV for integration with the hull. Signet was contracted to provide tugs in the event of a hurricane to move the hull to the deep hole, standby during ballasting, and provide additional power and support during the storm. When the threat of a hurricane developed, Signet reacted and put the hull in the deep hole as planned. The entire process was completed without incident and the project was returned to the quayside. Signet then assisted by providing tugs to sail the Atlantis project down the channel and to sea.
