Signet provided towing tugs to assist in the relocation of the semi-submersible rig DELBA III from Abu Dhabi Mussafah to Abu Dhabi Mina Zayed.

Signet escorted the HLV OSPREY, carrying the rig ENSCO 8503, from the Aransas jetties to Kiewit's facility where the rig was offloaded and shifted to the dock. Engaging the entire Signet fleet of four tractors and two push boats, the operation was completed without incident or injury. Upon completion of rig work, Signet's fleet assisted in the wet tow from KOS to the jetties utilizing Signet tractor tugs and the DOF real-time positioning.

Assist in loadout of rig OCEAN STAR onboard Dockwise vessel offshore Pascagoula, Mississippi at Louisiana West Delta 42 with Major Project Risk Assessment Meeting and communications. SMC tugs SIGNET ENTERPRISE, SIGNET INTREPID and SIGNET CHALLENGER provided support for operations. All operations were handled safely and without incident.

Provide harbor, assist tugs, and a line handling RHIB to assist ENSCO 8501 inbound aboard HLV Osprey from Aransas Pass sea buoy to Kiewit Offshore Services, Ingleside, Texas. Shift HLV to deephole loaded and offload ENSCO 8501 for docking in deephole. Assist with sail away of HLV OSPREY to jetties. Provided ocean, harbor and assist tugs to sail away ENSCO 8501 from KOS to jetties.

Signet assisted with the offload of the rig's hull from a HLV, topside integration, incline test, dead weight survey and numerous shiftings.

Signet provided tug assistance to escort the rig to Keppel AmFELS shipyard for repairs.  In addition, tug assistance was provided for sail away in conjunction with the Brazos Santiago Pilots.

Signet provided the support to discharge rig Ocean Quest, a semi-submersible mobile drilling unit and arranged tug services to tow the rig to BrasaFELS Shipyard in Angra dos Reis, Brazil. We provided a captain for discharge from HLV BLUE MARLIN and tow to shipyard. The project was completed safely and efficiently without incident.

Signet provided the support to discharge rig Ocean Monarch, a semi-submersible mobile drilling unit and arranged tug services to tow the rig to Gulf of Mexico, offshore Port Fourchon location for pinning. We provided all tugs for discharge from HLV BLUE MARLIN and tow offshore to location. The project was completed safely and efficiently without incident.

Signet was instrumental in the arrival of the BLIND FAITH hull, integration of hull and topsides at Kiewit Offshore Services, escort to sea and transit to location, and mooring at the destination with owned and contracted vessels. Furthermore, Signet provided harbor, ocean and fast response vessels to conduct a first of its kind operation to remove the rig's transitional ballasting stabilizers (Sponsons) at a location 17 nm offshore prior to the tow to field. This project consisted of in-depth training, pre-tow meetings / toolbox talks, planning and engineering to remove the 45 ft tall by 17 ft wide steel cylindrical sponsors.

Flawlessly executed the transport of two platforms utilizing a tug and barge from Gulf Copper, Galveston, TX to Kiewit Offshore Services, Ingleside, TX. Managed sea fastenings and clean off of barge during operations.

Signet provided escort vessels to dock the rig at Kiewit Offshore Services. Repairs were conducted to the topsides of the rig. Signet provided escort tugs to take the rig to sea.

Signet provided tugs to escort the rig to Kiewit Offshore Services and deliver quayside. The vessels maneuvered the rig and maneuvered barges around the rig while repairs were conducted. This included performing a deadweight survey prior to sailing the rig. Signet tugs then escorted the rig to the sea buoy.

Signet provided the support to escort the Ocean Monarch a semi-submersible mobile drilling unit to the dock at Gulf Marine Fabricators. We then coordinated the load out at sea on the Dockwise vessel BLUE MARLIN. This entire operation was conducted at sea 10 nautical miles offshore of the Aransas Pass Sea Buoy. The tugs were working offshore approximately 24 hours and safely loaded the project onto the Dockwise vessel. All of the support vessels were supplied by Signet to the project. The project was completed safely and efficiently without incident.

Provided hopper barges to transport the first pieces of steel plate from Channelview, TX to Kiewit Offshore Services, Ingleside, TX. Signet also provided multiple tugs and barges to transport equipment from New Orleans, LA, New Iberia, LA, Fourchon, LA, Houma, LA, and Houston, TX.

Signet provided all of the work and spacer barges for the SBX. The tugs for rotating the rig, conducting the inclination test and assist at the quayside. Signet was called in to recover the platform after it went aground during the tow to sea. Signet responded swiftly and safely escorted the rig back to the dock. After repair, Signet provided the tugs to load the SBX on the BLUE MARLIN Dockwise vessel to transport the platform to location. This entire operation went smoothly without incident.

Signet coordinated the loadout of rig onto a Dockwise vessel for transport to a new location. The rig was escorted down the ship channel to the fabrication yard for loadout preparation. Signet assisted during preparation and then maneuvered the rig onto the Dockwise vessel.

Signet provided the tugs for arrival, positioning, ballast and discharge of the rig from the Dockwise HLV, positioning the rig quayside, deballast and sail away of the HLV. Signet facilitated the staging of three topside modules at our 25 acre LaQuinta Terminal, surveying and clearing the Jewel Fulton Channel to ensure safe depth for transit and hurricane ballasting of the module barges. The modules were transported individually by Signet tugs and Towmaster to the HLV for integration with the hull. Signet was contracted to provide tugs in the event of a hurricane to move the hull to the deep hole, standby during ballasting, and provide additional power and support during the storm. When the threat of a hurricane developed, Signet reacted and put the hull in the deep hole as planned. The entire process was completed without incident and the project was returned to the quayside. Signet then assisted by providing tugs to sail the Atlantis project down the channel and to sea.

The sail away of the rig was conducted in coordination with the rig owners to provide a barge to increase the buoyancy of the rig to prevent grounding, tugs to escort the vessel down the channel and remove the barge from beneath the rig once offshore. This required extensive coordination and intricate movements offshore. The entire operation was completed without any damage to the rig or the barges.
